At Webplace agency my role was User Experience Designer for the Magistrates Court Victoria public website. I created interactive prototypes for common user tasks and designed pages templates used for the different court proceeding types. I supported the development of user personas, assisted in design workshops and presented prototypes in stakeholders.
A mobile first approach was utilised allowing stakeholders to see content order and length on smaller screens.
User personas provided context for delivery teams and identified common user tasks, needs and pain points.
A key user need was finding the correct court to attend–each with unique facilities and support services available.
Content page templates designs prioritised future reusability of common layouts and components.
